Payments

Payments are required to begin work unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo. All payments are processed securely through these platforms.

Refunds

Due to the nature of custom digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled, any completed work will be invoiced accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely communication, necessary content, and feedback throughout the project. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Craft Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, or promotional materials.

Limitation of Liability

Craft Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services (such as hosting platforms, payment processors, or plugins). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
